| ЄС включив ще сім людей до санкційного списку щодо Криму і Севастополя Рада ЄС додала сім осіб до списку людей, що підпадають під обмежувальні заходи через дії, які послаблюють територіальну цілісність, суверенітет та незалежність України або їм загрожують. Додання цих нових людей є наслідком організації російських місцевих виборів 8 вересня 2019 року на території незаконно анексованої Автономної Республіки Крим та міста Севастополь в Україні. Своєю залученістю до цих виборів ці люди активно підтримували дії та здійснювали політику, яка послаблює територіальну цілісність, суверенітет та незалежність України або їм загрожує. Це рішення збільшує загальну кількість осіб, які перебувають у списку обмежувальних заходів з боку ЄС, до 177. Окрім цього, у рамках цього санкційного режиму ЄС заморозив активи 44 юридичних осіб. Це означає, що всі активи в Європейському Союзі, що належать цим юридичним особам, є замороженими, і фізичні та юридичні особи з ЄС не можуть надавати їм жодних коштів. Відповідні правові акти, зокрема імена осіб, яких включено до санкційного списку, можна знайти в Офіційному віснику ЄС від 28 січня 2020 року. Інші дії ЄС у відповідь на українську кризу, містять у собі: - економічні санкції, націлені на конкретні галузі російської економіки; вони діють до 31 липня 2020 року;
- обмежувальні заходи у відповідь на незаконну анексію Криму та Севастополя, зосереджені на території Криму та Севастополя; вони діють до 23 червня 2020 року

Ukraine: seven persons involved in the organisation of Russian elections in the illegally annexed Crimea and Sevastopol added to EU sanctions list The Council added seven persons to the list of those subject to restrictive measures over actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. These new designations come as a consequence of the organisation of Russian local elections on 8 September 2019 in the illegally annexed Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol in Ukraine. Through their involvement in the elections, these people actively supported actions and implemented policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. The decision brings the total number of persons listed by the EU to 177. In addition, the EU imposed an asset freeze on 44 entities under this sanctions regime. The measures consist of an asset freeze, meaning that all of the assets in the EU belonging to these entities are frozen and EU persons and entities cannot make any funds available to them. The legal acts, including the names of the persons concerned, are available in the EU Official Journal of 28 January 2020. Other EU measures in place in response to the Ukraine crisis include: - economic sanctions targeting specific sectors of the Russian economy, currently in place until 31 July 2020;
- restrictive measures in response to the illegal annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol, limited to the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol, currently in place until 23 June 2020.
