21 жовтня 2015 Проект ЄС та Міністерство економіки прямують до Вінниці та Миколаєва спеціалістів із закупівель Про Проект: Проект "Гармонізація системи державних закупівель в Україні зі стандартами ЄС" спрямований на підтримку розвитку системи державних закупівель та системи державної допомоги в Україні у відповідності зі стандартами ЄС. Він розпочав свою роботу 11 листопада 2013 року і триватиме до листопада 2016 року. Проектом передбачено надання технічної допомоги, зокрема експертних консультацій з питань політики, законодавства, інституційної структури та поточної діяльності. Експерти проекту проводять низку навчальних заходів для державних службовців, а також заходів, орієнтованих на підвищення обізнаності громадськості. Основними бенефіціарами Проекту є Міністерство економічного розвитку та торгівлі (МЕРТ) і Антимонопольний комітет України (АМКУ). Проект фінансється ЄС. Загальний бюджет Проекту - майже 4 мільйони євро. Background information: The EU funded Project: 'Harmonisation of Public Procurement System of Ukraine with EU Standards' commenced work in Kyiv in November 2013 and will operate until November 2016. The Project supports the development of both the public procurement and the state aid systems in Ukraine to meet EU standards. Project's support activities are primarily focused on expert advice on policies, legislation and institutional structures operations. Its experts are holding a range of training and awareness raising activities. Project's main beneficiaries are the Ukrainian Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) and the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
