Головні результати саміту країн зони євро (07.07.2015) Лідери країн-учасниць зони євро обговорили ситуацію в Греції після референдуму, який відбувся у цій країні 5 липня. Після зустрічі Президент Європейської Ради Дональд Туск підтвердив, що керівництво зони євро було готове зробити усе необхідне, аби гарантувати стабільність зони єдиної європейської валюти. Нове прохання про допомогу з Європейського механізму стабільності Після референдуму Прем'єр-міністр Греції Алексіс Ципрас зобов'язався подати новий запит для фінансової допомоги з Європейського механізму стабільності. Згідно з правилами Механізму та договорами ЄС, фінансова допомога країнам-членам Євросоюзу надається на жорстких умовах. Попередня домовленість Греції з Європейським інструментом фінансової стабільності добігла кінця 30 червня. Лідери негайно розпочнуть роботу над шляхами пошуку підґрунтя для угоди, що враховуватиме як чинні зобов'язання, так і спільні правила. Порядок денний реформ Очікується, що грецький уряд надішле свої пропозиції з приводу всеосяжного і конкретного порядку денного реформ до 9 липня найпізніше. Пропозицію оцінять три інституції – Європейська Комісія, Європейський центральний банк і Міжнародний валютний фонд. Результат аналізу буде представлено на розгляд єврогрупі. Наступні кроки Лідери зони євро зберуться також у неділю, 12-го липня. After the meeting President of the Euro Summit Donald Tusk confirmed that the euro area authorities were ready to do all that is necessary to ensure the financial stability in the euro area.   New request for the ESM assistance Following the referendum Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras committed to present a new request for financial assistance from the European Stability Mechanism. According to the ESM rules and the EU treaties, financial assistance to member states is provided under strict conditions. Greece's previous arrangement with the European Financial Stability Facility expired on 30 June 2015. The leaders will urgently work on ways to find a basis for an agreement that would respect both the existing commitments and the common rules. All sides of the negotiations share the responsibility for the current status quo. That is why today I called on all leaders to try to find consensus, which will be our common success, with no losers or winners.   Reform agenda The Greek government is expected to submit its proposals for a comprehensive and specific reform agenda by 9 July at the latest.  The proposal will be assessed by the three institutions (the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund) and the outcome of the analysis presented to the Eurogroup.   Next steps The leaders will meet on Sunday, 12 July 2015.  More information: Remarks by President Donald Tusk after the Euro Summit of 7 July 2015 on Greece
